The site has been completely revamped! Due to basically all of my work being distributed mainly on video platforms (namely YouTube, vid.me, and Newgrounds,) there has been some major downsizes and reorganizing... So basically, the info pages/archives for all my work are gone. This is especially damaging to my old non-video work, specifically Future Snowflakes, THIS IS IT, and 1 A DAY. However, The Glorious Adventures of Captain Maxwell, Reddit Explorer, any filler videos, and especially idiots.exe are all fine. They are all videos so anyone perusing my stuff will eventually find them. More on that later. The fan art pages are gone too. All fan art will instead be compiled into videos. I also killed my "About" page since my video pages (YouTube/vid.me/Newgrounds) will do all the talking. To wrap up everything, I now have a single home page that has links to my various content portals, the latest blog posts, and the contact form. I also upgraded the site from the theme Birdseye to Birdseye 2 and gave everything a cool blue aesthetic. So why did I do all this? The main answer is because of what I want people to see when they come to my website. Not many video creators have dedicated websites. Those who do, however, would want people to see what they make: their videos. By eliminating clutter on my site (at the expense of my non-video work) I can direct more people to my videos, since that's all that I do now. Maintaining the archives was going to be a hassle in the long run, so I just discontinued them in favor of just having people look for my old videos on my video pages, as I said before. The fan art pages were also going to be very hard to maintain, so I decided to recycle them into something better: more video content. Very soon, I will make a video showcasing all the old fanart, and will continue to do the same for future fan arts. More videos! I kept the blog page since I need an official spot to share news like this. I also moved my contact form to the front page where everything else is. Most of my website traffic will probably be looking for a contact form, not at the website itself, although that would be flattering if anyone did. (By the way, I'm having issues with the contact form right now- hopefully it will be sorted out soon!) If you truly miss the old site, no need to fear. You can download an archived version of it here:
Some of the images probably won't work, but it's what's remaining of the old site nonetheless. Let me know ASAP if the link doesn't work anymore.
So that's it! idiots.exe episode 2 is still on the way. Until next time!
